$45–$75/hr (sliding scale)

2-hour intensive: $90–$140
4-session strategy bundle: $250–$425
Sliding Scale Notes: Lower end for individual artists and unfunded groups. Upper end for funded orgs, institutions, or high-capacity clients.
The Stem:
Admin, Grants, Coordination Support
For people who need reliable behind-the-scenes help to get their project moving.

Artist communication + scheduling
Admin support (registration, forms, ticketing, PWYC setup)
Copywriting + promotional listings
Grant writing (light to moderate)*
Run-of-show documents + call sheets
Donation management systems
FOH planning (no on-site FOH in this tier— that’s in Sweet Spot/Jubilee)

Monthly retainer: $350–$900 depending on workload
Hourly: $40–$60/hr
Sliding Scale Notes: This is ideal for small organizations that don’t have administrative staff but need consistent support. Larger orgs pay the upper tier.

Ongoing strategy + outreach
Long-term artist pipeline support
Grant collaboration + reporting

Priority scheduling and discounted add-on services
Suggested Rates:
Monthly retainer: $600–$1,800
Annual partnership: $6,000–$18,000
Sliding Scale Notes: Lower tier for grassroots orgs with limited budgets; upper tier for funded institutions or multi-site organizations.
Sweet Spot Package:
Pop-Up Events
For events in cafés, galleries, libraries, and storefronts looking for quick, simple, high-impact performances.
Includes:
1–2 performers booked
Simple run-of-show
Promotional listings + light social content
Day-of artist coordination
Optional: donation setup for charity tie-ins
Basic FOH / host presence (1–2 hours)
Rates:
$250–$600 depending on scale
Add-ons:
Extra performers: $75–$150 each
Full social media rollout: $100–$250
