    • 2-hour intensive: $90–$140

    • 4-session strategy bundle: $250–$425

  • FOH planning (no on-site FOH in this tier— that’s in Sweet Spot/Jubilee)

  • Monthly retainer: $350–$900 depending on workload

  • Hourly: $40–$60/hr

  • Monthly retainer: $600–$1,800

  • Annual partnership: $6,000–$18,000

    • Extra performers: $75–$150 each

  • Full run-of-show + FOH

  • On-site hosting (up to 4 hours)

Rates:

  • $500–$1,200 total

  • Optional:

    • Additional marketing kit: $75–$150

    • Post-event report: $50–$150

Sliding Scale Notes: Built to be affordable for fundraisers; community partners with higher budgets pay the upper end to subsidize smaller groups.
